This elegant, functional tomahawk is made from a high carbon railroad spike. The rough finished head wedge fits the tapered, teardrop shaped, hickory handle. The handle has been fire aged and a beeswax finish was applied. The tomahawk head measures about 7"long and the blade is about 1 3/4" - 2" wide. feels great in the hand..wow!! I'm sure you'll agree. Each one is hand made, the product shown is not the one that will be shipped. Yours will be as similar as possible but bear in mind these are all "one of a kind."
